Research center "Fabrication, modification and characterization of materials by energetic radiation"

The project concentrates technical and personal capacities of participants with the aim to achieve higher quality and effectivity of experimental an theoretical research in the following main fields: - effects of energetic radiation on structure and properties of materials and their potential usage for preparation of new materials with outstanding electrical, optical and biological properties - development of techniques for preparation of nano- and micro- structured materials with potential applications in electronics, optoelectronics and medicine -development of new techniques for complex characterization of materials, especially those which are still unavailable in CR, including development of detectors with high spatial and energetic resolution (Medipix).

Since the project is supported by czech ministry of education youht and sports, the documentation is held in czech language.
